Check both connections under the sink before ordering.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eInstallation\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe MagSert® Faucet units install between the shut-off valves and the existing faucet supply lines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTurn off both the hot- and cold-water shut-off valves beneath the sink.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOpen the faucet to release pressure from the lines.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlace a towel beneath the connections to catch any remaining water.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDisconnect each faucet supply line from its shut-off valve.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThread one MagSert® unit onto each shut-off valve—one on the hot-water line and one on the cold-water line.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLightly tighten each connection until secure. Do not overtighten.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eReattach each faucet supply line to its corresponding MagSert® unit.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSlowly turn both shut-off valves back on.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRun the faucet and carefully check every connection for leaks.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf a connection leaks, turn off the water and carefully retighten it. Do not continue using the units until all connections are secure and leak-free.
