A family business — not a faceless brand. MagSert® was not created by a marketing team. It grew out of more than 45 years of hands-on experience working with municipal, commercial, and public water systems. Throughout his career, our founder saw firsthand how mineral buildup affected water lines, fixtures, equipment, and everyday maintenance — so he set out to build the kind of practical product he wished his customers had been able to use. After years of real-world testing, observation, and refinement, MagSert® was ready to move into the hands of customers. Today, MagRock Inc. is a family-owned business working together to bring that experience, innovation, and practical point-of-use solution to homes, businesses, farms, and RV owners across the country.

Our mission moving forward. Our mission is to give homeowners, RV owners, businesses, farms, and property managers another practical way to manage mineral buildup where water is used. We continue developing new MagSert® sizes and applications for different fixtures, appliances, hoses, and water connections — and our work does not stop when a product reaches the market.
