MagSert Hose

The MagSert® H-782-XD installs inline on a garden hose, outdoor faucet, or hydrant and conditions water as it flows through the unit. It is designed to help reduce the tendency of mineral deposits to adhere and harden on hose-fed sprayers, nozzles, fixtures, equipment, and nearby surfaces. Any buildup that still forms may be softer and easier to wipe away.

Because MagSert® works with moving water, it conditions the water whenever the line is in use. It can be used for gardening, washing vehicles or animals, outdoor cleaning, RV water connections, and other hose-fed applications.

What it does—and what it doesn't

MagSert® conditions water as it flows through the unit. It is not a water softener or filter, and it does not remove minerals. The minerals remain in the water, but MagSert® helps make the buildup they leave behind easier to manage.

Results vary depending on water chemistry, mineral concentration, water use, and the application.

Simple inline installation

Thread the MagSert® H-782-XD onto the end of a garden hose or directly onto a compatible outdoor faucet or hydrant. Hand-tighten the connection, attach your hose, sprayer, nozzle, or other accessory as needed, and turn on the water.

For an RV connection, install the MagSert® inline between the water hose and the RV water inlet. A flexible hose or elbow fitting may be used when additional clearance is needed.

To remove the MagSert®, simply unthread it. Nothing is permanently installed.

Where you can use it

Use the MagSert® Hose with RV water lines, garden hoses, yard hydrants, sprayers, and other compatible hose connections. It is ideal for watering plants, washing cars, cleaning outdoor equipment, and bathing pets or horses.

Its simple threaded design makes it one of the easiest MagSert® units to install, remove, move between applications, and take with you when traveling.
