The MagSert® Faucet Set (Model F-PX-675) conditions the hot and cold water flowing to your sink or faucet. It is designed to help reduce the tendency of mineral deposits to adhere and harden on faucets, aerators, sink surfaces, and other water-contact areas.
With regular use, MagSert® can help make visible mineral scale and staining easier to manage. Any deposits that still form may be softer and easier to wipe away.
For the clearest comparison, clean the faucet, aerator, and sink before installation and observe the results over the following weeks. Results vary depending on local water chemistry, mineral concentration, water use, and existing buildup.
What it does—and what it doesn't
MagSert® conditions water as it flows through each unit. It is not a water softener or filter, and it does not remove minerals.
The minerals remain in the water; MagSert® is designed to help change how mineral deposits form and adhere to surfaces.
No salt. No electricity. No replacement filters.

Two units included
The MagSert® Faucet Set includes two units:
- One for the hot-water supply line
- One for the cold-water supply line
Installing both units allows the faucet to receive conditioned water from either temperature setting.
Compatibility
Designed for sinks and faucets with compatible 3/8-inch compression water-supply connections. Check both connections under the sink before ordering.
Installation
The MagSert® Faucet units install between the shut-off valves and the existing faucet supply lines.
- Turn off both the hot- and cold-water shut-off valves beneath the sink.
- Open the faucet to release pressure from the lines.
- Place a towel beneath the connections to catch any remaining water.
- Disconnect each faucet supply line from its shut-off valve.
- Thread one MagSert® unit onto each shut-off valve—one on the hot-water line and one on the cold-water line.
- Lightly tighten each connection until secure. Do not overtighten.
- Reattach each faucet supply line to its corresponding MagSert® unit.
- Slowly turn both shut-off valves back on.
- Run the faucet and carefully check every connection for leaks.
If a connection leaks, turn off the water and carefully retighten it. Do not continue using the units until all connections are secure and leak-free. No permanent plumbing changes are required.
